How We Charge

Every estate sale is different. That’s why project pricing does not work well for this kind of work.

We bill by the hour, not by the project.

Hourly pricing protects you from paying for work you do not need and allows us to step in exactly where support is required. We can provide an estimate once we understand the scope.

A note about DIY or partial support

Some clients begin with a DIY option through MaxSold, or only need help with part of the process.

Because we work by the hour, we can step in at any stage, whether that is auction preparation and management only or full end-to-end support.

That said, most people ultimately choose to have us manage the entire process once they see how much coordination, decision-making, and on-site work is involved.
